Overview
The Hundegger TURBO-Drive is a high-speed, flexible cutting machine designed for timber processing. In addition to precise crosscuts, the machine performs drilling, milling and marking operations. Its compact, encapsulated design reduces dust and noise and allows installation on a level concrete floor without structural modifications.

Capacity
Suitable for timber cross sections from 20 x 40 mm up to 160 x 450 mm with unlimited workpiece length.

• 5-axis saw unit swivels 360° and tilts 90° for angle and inclined cuts
• Performs mitres, chop cuts, jack rafter and birdsmouth cuts, ridge and fascia laps, scarf joints and other specialized cuts
• Capable of machining stacked parts and completing multiple operations in a single pass

Oscillating saw capability
The saw blade can move below the support height of the workpiece, enabling horizontal slots and grooves at any angle and required thickness.

Vertical units (options)
Optional vertical units can be fitted or retrofitted:

• 7.5 kW milling/drilling unit for rebates, pockets and programmable profiles
• 3 kW drilling unit for through and blind holes

CAMBIUM® software
Compatible with CAMBIUM® — Hundegger’s 3D production software for job preparation, automatic calculations, reporting and integration with factory IT and automation systems.

Automation
Designed for modular integration: transverse feed conveyor for multiple pieces, automatic separation and feed to the machining area, and transverse output conveyor for buffering finished parts.
