Custom casting parts are the main carrier in the field of industrial manufacturing for obtaining low-cost and high-performance solutions under demanding working conditions. Custom casting parts, by means of material adaptation, structural optimization, and process innovation, satisfy various needs from aerospace to energy equipment unlike standardized products.Customized casting parts are products that are produced according to the customer's drawings or according to the customer's needs we design drawings and cast according to these drawings. This kind of product production method is more special, needing to make the corresponding mold before production.We have rich experience in casting and can meet any shape of your drawing. We have provided customized parts for Indonesia's tobacco and food packaging machine manufacturers and have been contracted to cast 90% of the parts for the entire machine. These parts come in a variety of shapes, from monolithic castings to those with complex internal spaces and those that require pre-drilled holes for casting, etc., and we are able to meet the customer's requirements. By melting the material and pouring it into custom casting molds to form specific shapes of cast blanks, it is possible to improve material utilization over CNC machining methods. Because CNC machining is a material reduction process, casting can achieve up to 97% material utilization while CNC machining often results in less than 60% material utilization when producing the same shape. The customized castings we produce go through a series of quality inspection operations between shipments. For castings of different sizes, we utilize different inspection equipment, such as micrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and CMMs. After ensuring that there are no quality problems, we will spray a layer of anti-rust oil on the castings according to different materials to prevent corrosion on the machined surface due to other factors.Depending on the quantity of customer's order, we can choose different casting methods, the main casting methods we use are Sand Casting, Lost Foam Casting, Gravity Casting, and Investment Casting, among which, we usually choose sand casting and lost foam casting for small production, because these two methods take shorter time to produce. If the customer needs casting parts that do not require finishing operations but have to meet a certain casting accuracy and surface finish, we will choose Investment Casting for them.For material selection, we mainly provide Gray cast iron (HT), ductile iron (QT), carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and other materials, with tensile strength covering 200-800MPa. However, the specific material selection will be based on customer's drawing requirements.The internal structure of these products varies from customer to customer, and can be molded in one piece through customized casting for more efficient production. Machine tool equipment is generally assembled by a variety of structural components, and these structural components are used in the way of custom casting to produce, because some of the structural components of the weight of a single piece of up to several tons, CNC machine tools cannot be directly processed.
