The Biochrom WPA S1200 Spectrawave is a small, lightweight, compact, user-friendly 7nm single beam diode array visible spectrophotometer covering 330-800nm wavelength scan, kinetics and standard curve functionality with full graphics. It is used to analyze on board capture of Absorbance, % Transmission, Absorbance Ratio and Concentration. It features up to 99 methods of storage and includes Grafico PC utility software. It also possesses a factory fitted electrically heated cell holder for thermostatted measurements at 37 °C.It comes with a large backlit graphical display enabling wavelength scans, kinetic assays (including slope calculation) and standard curves to be viewed. Standard 10mm path length glass or plastic cuvettes are used by it.
