Description of the machine
Cooling Tunnel is a modern device cooperating with the LUXOR coating machine. It is used for cooling of chocolate or other similar masses, prior to which a confectionery product is covered with the use of a coating machine.
It is characterized by a dual-zone structure, in which a countercurrent cooling system has been applied. In the first zone, the warm product is moved on a belt, and is directed towards the cold air supply stream. After the contact with the warm product, the already heated air goes to the separated second zone where it is cooled again and in this way it operates in a closed circuit.

Features of the cooling tunnel:
•cooling control by Danfoss – Denmark,
•good insulation of the housing with foamed PVC covered with a stainless steel sheet,
•opening of the cover with the use of hydraulic cylinders to facilitate its cleaning,
•infinitely adjustable belt speed,
•possibility to use a cooling belt with your own company logo or a special pattern,
•pneumatic system controlling the run of the belt automatically.
