The gravity grading destoner is a high0efficiency, precision sorting machine basedon the differences in specific gravity (density) and aerodynamic characteristics of material particles. It integrates two core functions - particte size grading and gravity destoning - into one unit, achieving "two functions in one machine" . It efficiently removes heavy impurities such as stones, mud lumps, glass, etc. from grains, white also separating large and fine impurities. This makes it an essential equipment for improving final product quality, protecting downstream machinery, and optimizing the processing flow. FEATURES Effectively removes high-density impurities such as adjacent stones, glass, and metals. Two-layer screen structure enables simultaneous destoning and grading. It concentrates light impurities (weed seeds, shriveled kernets, insect-damaged grains) white removing heavy impurities, meeting both pre-cleaning and precision cleaning requirements. Adjustable separation accuracy - By regutating air volume, amplitude (3.5-4.5 mm), and screen inclination (60-80), the machine can precisety match different material characteristics to optimize process performance.
