Product descriptionThe E500 series is designed to provide a precise and reliable test platform for PEM/ALK/AEM single cells and material-level evaluations. The system comprises a circulation unit, nitrogen purge module, pressure regulation unit, gas–water separation module, gas analysis pretreatment unit, PLC data acquisition and control unit, HMI, and safety monitoring. It runs on in-house test software and supports polarization curve, electrochemical measurements, online H2 concentration monitoring, sensitivity testing, durability testing, hydrogen production energy-efficiency and quality testing, and lifetime evaluation.
