MW Components is a licensed and certified manufacturer of both stock and custom API 20E fasteners including API 20E BSL 1-3 studs, API B7 studs, and 2H nuts. API 20E certification specifies particular requirements for the production and documentation of bolting components rated for use in the oil and gas industry. The standard associated with API 20E allows for three bolting specification levels (BSL). These are identified as BSL 1-3. MW Components can manufacture all three levels as required by the specification. Our API BSL 1-3 threaded studs are manufactured in the US and as per API standards, these components are fully traceable to the source mill. Custom API Certified Fasteners MW Components produces custom fasteners including API 20E BSL 1, 2, and 3. These components are produced using either carbon steel or alloy steel and may be coated. MW Components offers various stud and nut configurations and sizes, and offers multiple plating and coating options including PTFE. We typically machine ODs between 0.5" and 8", roll threads from 0.5" to 1.5" and cut threads between 0.25" to 4". We provide expedited service for custom orders needed for immediate use and provide 24/7 on-call service for these products.
