LSB/J is vertical parallel gear two-grade reducer,and it is a kind of new product absorbed advanced technology home and abroad and designed on the base of parallel shaft horizontal gear reducer,also a reducer suitable for milling under the low noise,low speed of revolution,big torsion and super long shaft,completely solves question leaking oil.Electrical motor is connected with flexible loopcolumn shaft coupling of reducer,running stably,loading and unloading conveniently.Range of speed ratio is so large that there is not previously existed. Putting in 4-8 grades electrical motor can get 14 kinds of speed ratios of 5-320 r/min and 34 kinds of outview speed. In order to solve the deposit of medium presses agitate when the mechanical stopping,and start up difficultly and destroy relevant parts,we add to setting up manual facility.The structure of equipment is simple,operation convenient,saving strength,safe and reliable,automatically coming away when handwork is stopping,and not affecting opening mechanical by electricity. LSB reducer is designed for super long shaft specially,with space between bearings adding,connected with milled shaft by GT,JQ and SF rigid shaft coupling,etc,under the condition,there is no other bearing and L/G>4(see sketch map),made milled capacity of super long shaft created the new and high.
