Description

Singleturn and Multiturn Encoder for high performance motion control Single Cable Solution with ACURO® link interface for 4 wire applications Most compact absolute multiturn encoder of its class (Mounting depth: 29 mm) Motor winding temperature sensor input Resolution: up to 20 Bit ST + 12 Bit MT Wide operating temperature range (-40°C ... +115°C) Up to 12,000 rpm continuous operation Encoder data stored in Electronic Data Sheet (EDS) inside encoder AD37 series for Single Cable Solution – the one and only full digital Motor Feedback Encoder for safe applications as E-Version up to SIL 3 that combines high performance through high accuracy withincreased efficiency – “safe motion, save resources”.HENGSTLER AD37 series defines the new industry standard! Safety. It is ever on our minds. In particular, systems which use servo motors to autonomously move tools and work represent a real hazard to the worker’s personal safety. Increasingly, customers build systems with documented safety levels to ensure greater safety and reliability for these applications. By using standardized SIL levels, the level of safety can be independently gauged. It’s for these applications that the AD37 absolute encoder series, using ACURO secure interface, was created. The Hengstler ACURO secure interface was especially designed to provide high levels of functional safety in servo motor control systems. The interface protocol meets SIL3 requirements, while the AD37S encoder itself meets SIL2 and the AD37E encoder meets SIL3. With an operating temperature range up to +115°C and a 12,000 rpm maximum speed, the 28 mm mounting depth of the AD37 series makes...
