UV curing system EQ LED Flood Chamber

The LED Flood Chamber has been designed especially for the use with the LOCTITE EQ CL42 LED Flood Systems. It consists out of a chamber with adapter for one or two LED heads, work piece holder, door safety system, ESD safe door with window and a controller connection. The flood systems are to be started from the controller as usual. The chamber system is meant for the use at manual working places. The inside of the chamber is made out of polished stainless steel to make the stray light useable. The LED flood system (365 or 405 nm) has to be chosen fitting to the filter attributes of the substrates to bond and the spectral sensitivity of the adhesive. The LED flood system has to be ordered separately. Benefits The LED Flood Chamber has been developed especially for the safe operation of the CL42 LED Flood Systems. It consists of one chamber with adapters for one or two flood arrays, work piece carrier plate, door safety system, ESD safe door with window and a separate controller connection. The radiation systems can be started with the closing of the door.
