Hepco's GFX Track Management System facilitates the transition of movers between GFX systems, connecting two systems seamlessly, increasing the functionality. Multiple tracks – With the Track Management System (TMS), movers can transition between GFX systems, connecting two systems seamlessly and enabling a variety of connected travel paths to be defined. Maximum flexibility – Movers can be inserted and removed during continuous operation enabling on the fly maintenance, system re-configuration, and extra processes to be added, without interrupting operation. High throughput, low footprint – Track systems can be stacked, one above the other, increasing production without using valuable floor space. High speed operation – The ability to switch during high speed operation enables throughput to be maximised. The precision ballscrew driven transfer slide section can achieve cycle times as quick as 0.4 seconds to sub-micron repeatability. HepcoMotion and Beckhoff – HepcoMotion works in partnership with Beckhoff to create the GFX system, a high-end track system that provides the support and rigidity required for precise XTS applications.
