Description

HDRT offers all the inherent benefits of HepcoMotions PRT2 ring and track system, with the capability to carry much higher loads. Designed for high load rotary applications – Including cylinder or pipe inspections, scanning, or any application requiring precise, accurate peripheral guidance around a circular object for heavy loads up to 37.5kN for rings and 28kN for tracks. An alternative to slewing rings – With less preparation, less installation time, and reduced maintenance, HDRT is an excellent alternative to slewing rings. Efficient – Carriages with Hepco’s V bearings run smoother and need less driving forces than slewing bearings. Ease of driving – HDRT has an integrated rack and pinion drive, negating the need for additional drive components. Design freedom for track systems – When ring segments are combined with straight slide sections, many sizes and layouts of track systems are possible, including oval, square, rectangular, S bend, U shape, J shape, and many other shape configurations as required. Low maintenance – Thanks to HepcoMotion´s V guide technology, the system is low maintenance, robust, hardwearing, and particularly suited to environments where a lot of debris occurs. Perfect for – large welding applications, as a transfer system for machine tool and automation components, or used to construct turntable solutions.
