Description

The Brush Washer 49 is designed for the continuous washing of peppers, cucumbers, and similar products. Built with a sturdy, self-supporting sheet metal frame, it ensures reliable performance and long-lasting durability. The washing tub features a large cleaning hatch on the front, making maintenance quick and easy. At the heart of the machine is a rotating washing drum equipped with 48 nylon brushes. The spacing of the brushes is adjustable to accommodate the diameter of the smallest product, ensuring an effective and thorough cleaning process. The water level in the tub is regulated by an adjustable overflow for optimal washing conditions. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (material 1.4301) except for the drive components, the machine meets high hygiene standards and is built to last. It is equipped with electrical components suitable for 400 volts, 50 hertz, and 3-phase power with a neutral wire, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
