The 75 R is ideal for the removal of stems, tendrils and the tops of machine-picked beans and okra. The drum of the machine consists of individual elements with straight slots. The built-in tendril removal unit separates beans that are hanging together, so they can be snipped. Almost 100% of tendrils are removed with this machine and the preliminary snipping has an effectiveness between 50% and 70%. The machine 75 RA was developed as a pure snipping machine without a tendril removal device. Mostly, this machine is placed immediately after the 75 R.
