Description

Overview
The L ULTRA brazed plate heat exchanger is purpose-designed for transcritical CO2 (R744) refrigeration and heat pump systems. Rated for operating pressures up to 140 bar and temperatures up to 150°C, it supports gas cooler, evaporator and suction‑line duties beyond the capability of standard brazed plate units.

  • Compatible with CO2 system configurations: Gas cooler (supercritical), evaporator (subcritical) and suction‑line heat exchanger duties
  • Compact footprint: High thermal performance in a reduced size for simplified OEM integration
  • Low‑GWP refrigerant: Designed for CO2 (R744) with a GWP of 1, unaffected by F‑Gas restrictions

  • Additional frame: painted carbon steel; protection sheets and cover plates
