Heavy-Duty Corrugated Plastic
Heavy Duty Corrugated PVC hoses are available in Heavy Duty Corrugated PVC and HC Style Clear PVC. These clear, corrugated hoses suit food‑grade and dry bulk pneumatic conveying of powders, pellets and granules. The convoluted exterior increases flexibility while the smooth bore reduces material buildup, wear and pressure loss.

Heavy-Duty Rubber Hoses
Heavy Duty Rubber hoses are offered in three configurations:

• Smooth bore
• Corrugated exterior
• RS Style rubber

Thick‑wall, wire‑reinforced constructions with EPDM compounds provide abrasion resistance for pneumatic conveying of abrasive materials. Steel wire helix and fabric reinforcement ensure flexibility and structural strength.

Crush Proof Plastic
Crush Proof Plastic hoses are lightweight, flexible and crush‑resistant, made from ethylene‑vinyl acetate copolymer. They are intended for housekeeping and conveying light, non‑abrasive materials. These hoses are non‑conductive and are not recommended where static dissipation or grounding is required; a grounded version is not available.

Flexible Plastic
Flexible Plastic hoses are available as Flexible Plastic and F‑Style PVC (heavy duty option). They are wire‑reinforced and designed for repeated flexing and housekeeping applications, using high‑strength reinforcing yarns and a coated spring‑steel wire helix between layers of EVA or PVC in larger sizes.
