Description

HOPPECKE trak | uplift air batteries are lead-acid batteries optimized for use in industrial trucks (such as forklifts). Furthermore, the battery is equipped with the high-quality electrolyte circulation system trak | air, which shortens the charging time and simultaneously increases battery availability. In addition, water refilling and energy costs are reduced. The system effectively prevents the formation of acid stratification by selectively injecting air, resulting in the lowest stress on the battery compared with other mixing methods. This can reduce the number of replacement batteries required and extend the service life of the batteries. The reduced overcharging with trak | uplift air also increases the cycle life. Especially in combination with our HOPPECKE chargers, the battery is charged very gently and efficiently. Due to the possibilities of fast and intermediate charging, even demanding 24/5 shift operations are possible with trak | air. Your advantages Efficient and lifespan extending charging characteristics in the HOPPECKE system Intermediate charging without intensive equalisation charging possible Full charge guaranteed through pressure-monitored adaptive charge factor adjustment
