Overview
CB is an integrated sheet and tube fiber laser cutting machine combining flat sheet and profile cutting functions in a single platform. The integrated layout reduces equipment footprint and simplifies procurement for mixed cutting workshops.

Power & Performance
The system is available from 1500W to 6000W. Maximum linkage speed reaches 100 m/min with acceleration up to 1.5G, enabling faster cycle times and higher throughput.

Capabilities

• Single-platform solution for sheet and tube cutting to streamline production flow.
• Fully automatic double pneumatic chuck suitable for round tubes, square tubes, angle sections and channel sections.
• Maximum single tube weight supported: 300 kg.

Tube Handling & Ranges
Dual pneumatic concave wheel supports (two support frames) provide stable support during tube processing to prevent sagging and deformation and to improve cutting accuracy.

• Square tube cutting range: 20 × 20–240 × 240 mm
• Rectangular tube cutting range: side length ≥ 20 mm and ≤ 240 mm

Mechanical Design
The bed is an upgraded welded carbon-steel matrix subjected to high-temperature annealing and natural aging to release welding stress and increase structural rigidity and deformation resistance. The workbench uses a modular, staggered blade layout to distribute loads evenly and extend service life.

Control & System
The AlphaA Bus System integrates multiple processing functions with a user-friendly HMI to simplify operation, reduce set-up time and improve processing efficiency.
