Description

Y46 Series Rotary Gantry Hydraulic Press serves as an important fabrication equipment of bending or pressing steel plates for shipbuilding factories. 1. Different from normal C-type press and four-cylinder press, Y46’s Rotary Gantry Hydraulic Press can move upwards or downwards and the upper press header and bottom worktable can synchronously or separately move to both sides or rotate. Therefore, it is easy to adjust position and angle while processing, leading to the reduction of labor intension and increase of productivity as well as accuracy. 2. Two sets of roller table which can ascend and descend in front and back of machine are installed on Rotary Gantry Hydraulic Press, which greatly improves the automatically degree and tooling efficiency. 3. It adopts advanced electric control system with PLC, touch operation terminal, absolute encoder, industrial scene bus I/O module control, and digital display of stroke and angle, same operation panel to control roller table and remote controller by hand.
