Product overview
The Husqvarna Blastrac BMG 2200RC is a ride-on floor grinder designed for large horizontal surfaces and remote-control operation. The machine features two front drive wheels and a rear swivel castor for manoeuvrability. The operator station includes a seat with armrests, joysticks, push buttons and a touchscreen. Each of the three planetary grinding heads is individually operable, allowing precise coverage and distribution of grinding pressure. Variable grinding speed, rotation direction control and an independent suspension system are standard, enabling adaptation to varied job requirements.

Dust collection & filtration
Integrated high-capacity dust collection with HEPA 14 filtration (OSHA-compliant). System includes automatic pulse filter cleaning, Longopac® bagging system and a pre-separator supplied as standard to reduce filter load and improve on-site cleanliness.

Operation & controls
Remote-control capability for flexible operation and time savings. User interface via touchscreen displays key data: grinding head amperage, disc RPM, drive speed, grinding pressure and filter status. Ergonomic controls include joysticks and push buttons. Rear camera and LED lights on each head improve visibility on site.

Grinding system & tooling
Three planetary grinding heads (each head comprises three individual discs) provide wide coverage and even pressure distribution. Quick-release tool change system allows fast replacement of diamond tools or resin pads without tools. Variable speed and rotation direction control enable matching performance to surface and tooling.

Power & transportation
Rated engine output: 62 kW (as specified by the engine manufacturer). Standard 125 A power supply fitted. A battery pack is included for transportation of the drive system only, to facilitate moving the machine on/off trucks and around sites.
