Overview
The HYCON HPS12 hydraulic power saw is designed for heavy-duty cutting of concrete, reinforced concrete, steel and rock. With an oil flow of 40–46 LPM (typ. 46 LPM for very heavy-duty cutting) and a compact 480 mm body (7 cm shorter than comparable saws), the HPS12 enables flush cuts and operation in confined spaces while offering an ergonomic grip.

Design and operator comfort
The saw features an integrated wall walker and 2 m whip hoses so the couplings can rest on the floor during cutting, reducing the load carried by the operator. The short body improves handling in tight areas. The unit is easily mountable on the SawEZ guide rail to ensure precise, repeatable cuts.

Drive and maintenance
The purpose-built HYCON Power Drive motor is an integrated drive unit engineered to minimize service requirements and reduce failure points. The design prevents blown seals and simplifies maintenance, increasing tool uptime and service life.
