Overview
The HYCON HCS20 cut-off saw is a handheld hydraulic saw for cutting concrete, steel, brick masonry and asphalt. All internal components run in oil, making the unit insensitive to water and dust and suitable for demanding jobsite conditions.

Motor and maintenance
The HYCON Power Drive motor accepts up to three times higher return pressure than comparable standard hydraulic motors, reducing seal failures and lowering routine service requirements.

Cutting and safety
The HCS20 supports both horizontal and vertical cutting. A system pressure relief valve stops the saw if the blade jams. The blade stops rotating within a maximum of 10 seconds after the trigger is released, reducing risk of operator injury.

Cooling and water supply
Flushing water runs through the saw body and hydraulic motor for additional cooling and to keep surfaces cold. An automatic water trigger activates the water flush together with the saw via the same trigger.
