The new Hyundai HX85A model is the company’s first compact excavator included among the A-Series machines, and the first to be designated an HX model number. The largest of Hyundai’s compact excavator models, the HX85A fills a transitional spot in its overall excavator product line between the compact and full-sized models. It features a Tier 4 Final engine that provides impressive performance and reduced fuel consumption. PERFORMANCE BOOM SWING The HX85A boom swing function is designed for efficient work in congested residential and urban areas. The boom can be offset left or right within an operating range. Plus, increased swing torque provides enhanced operating capability on the slope. DOZER BLADE The HXA excavator features as standard equipment a large angled dozer blade that provides added versatility, efficiency, and stability. An optional 4-way angle dozer blade that moves up, down, left, and right is also available. Hyundai construction equipment is manufactured with the highest grade of steel due to Hyundai’s dominance in the steel and shipbuilding industries. Rigid cycle testing, heat testing, vibration testing and shock load testing is conducted in the design and manufacturing process of all new models insuring optimum durability and reliability.
