Set pressure: 3～1080 kPa ※For 1/4": 3 to 970 kPa. ※3～29 kPa available as an option.
Body material: Brass / SUS316
Seal material: Fluororubber FKM (standard)
Remarks: When set pressure is under 5 kPa, OUT port direction is upward only.
