Description
Horizontal wrapping machine with extended sealing time and 4-axis electronic control. It is available in different versions, for polyethylene film or heat sealing materials, with reel loaded from top or bottom and in a stainless steel version.
• Main frame and reel holder in stainless steel construction.
• 2500 mm long chain pitch infeed conveyor.
• Universal forming tunnel adjustable by handwheel.
• Cross sealing jaws adustable in height (sealing jaws width max 400 mm).
• Longitudinal sealing wheels for polyethylene film or heat sealing materials.
• Axis control by brushless motors for:
- Infeed conveyor
- Cross sealing jaws stroke
- Longitudinal sealing wheels
- Transport belt through the sealing jaws
• Rockwell Allen Bradley® PLC control with touch screen user interface by Imanpack.
• Machine built according to CE standard.
