Description

Overview
One-Touch Tool Changers are manual tool-changing modules designed for collaborative robots. They enable quick, reliable tool swaps using a simple lever action with a tactile click and an integrated safety lock. The clamping-pin interface supports a broad range of tools and end effectors while minimizing tooling-side requirements, simplifying integration across robotic systems.

Simple Manual Operation
Tool changes are performed with a single lever — no external air supply, wiring, or special tools required. The tactile click confirms secure locking, and the built-in safety lock reduces the risk of accidental release during manual intervention.

Secure Locking Mechanism
Dual-sided tapered clamping jaws engage the tapered clamping pin to provide strong clamping with low lever force. The design leverages proven workholding principles to ensure consistent, repeatable locking performance suitable for industrial applications.

Flexible Tooling Design
The simple clamping pin interface allows integration with many tool types and end effectors while keeping the tool-side geometry minimal. This flexibility facilitates faster tooling design and easier adaptation to different robot models.

Cost-Effective Tooling
Because the tool-side requires only a basic clamping pin (no complex connectors), tooling can be manufactured with fewer components, reducing cost and complexity in multi-tool setups.

Lineup
  • Robot Side Module — QRMTC: Direct mounting to ISO 9409-1-31.5-4-M5 and ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 robot flanges; Lever-operated safety lock; Dual-sided tapered clamping jaws.
  • Tool Side Clamping Pin — QRMTC-M: M6 and M8 mounting thread options; Simple, compact pin interface; Easy integration into custom tooling.

Multimedia
Demonstration and product videos show lever operation, tactile locking feedback, and the clamping mechanism in real-world use.
