Product description
The SONO MIX is a heavy-duty moisture probe designed for continuous online measurement in concrete mixers and intensive mixing equipment. It features a replaceable probe head composed of steel and a robust hard-metal plate with a rectangular special-ceramic window to withstand abrasive mixing environments.

Accessories

• SONO-View (display and configuration unit): Stand-alone display and configuration for SONO or TRIME humidity probes. Up to 4 SONO probes can be connected online via a serial interface. Functions: display of measurement data, setting the operating mode and other functions.
• SM-USB (interface converter): USB to RS485 and IMP bus converter module for connecting SONO probes to a PC under Windows. For creating calibrations, test measurements with data logging and other functions.
• Weld-on flange (round sensor): Weld-on flange Ø108 mm for SONO MIX for mixer mounting.
• Cables: SONO sensor cable 4 m; 6 twisted pair cables, 6 x 2 x 0.25 mm², shielded; 10-pin MIL connector. SONO sensor cable 10 m; SONO sensor cable 25 m. Fixed cable gland variant: 5 m sensor cable, 6 twisted pair cables, 6 x 2 x 0.25 mm², shielded; IP67.
• Wear heads (round and rod sensors): Replacement wear head for SONO VARIO Xtrem Ø108 mm.
