The DNL series was developed to provide a solution for the increasing demand for automatic, versatile machines that are suitable for producing a wide range of products for the baking sector. Designed for the production of batter-based baked goods in trays, The DNL series of depositors can also deposit fillings into baked pastries. As a result, this multifunctional depositor is capable of handling multifunctional modes: * Pouring batter into trays to produce cakes, muffins, etc. * Filling cakes and other baked goods with jam, chocolate and other fillings. * Piping icings and frostings on cookies and pastries. The DNL model is obtainable with either static filling system for the deposit of batter into trays, or a vertical movement head that allows accurate filling of pastries and piping decorations. Several filling systems can be integrated, or used separately for maximum versatility. The DNL series is distinguished by its high-level precision and is equipped with a system to prevent dripping. It was designed to be user friendly and is easy to clean on a daily basis. The DNL machine is controlled by the PLC application that enables saving a number of work programs. It is easily operated using an intuitive touch screen.
