During machining operations on a tool, it is not possible to always have the right machine connection compatible with the tool holder. In this case, a lot of time is often spent replacing tool holder and tool, increasing the possibility of breakage and defects of the finished product. To avoid this series of problems, IMS has designed a special product that allows to adapt the connection of the machine to any type of connection necessary for working on tools assembled on tool holders or on integral toolholders. Available in side or vertical lock variants, the IMS spindle adapters are extremely practical and quick to install and save time, as it is not necessary to release it from the machine every time as you would with a common tool holder. IMS Side Lock Spindle Adapters are used to adapt your working center to the same connection parameters of a different machine.
