Product Overview
GI-Do automatically conveys specimens to the pressing section and sequentially performs resin supply, pressurization, thermal molding and engraving of specimen identification with minimal operator intervention.

Main Features

• Loader/unloader table rotates to index specimen positions; each specimen is transferred by a cylinder.
• Resin supply arm moves onto the pressurized ram to feed mounting resin precisely.
• Pressurized ram performs compression molding and heating of the resin for consistent mounts.
• After positioning, samples are moved to the printing section and engraved with configured characters.

• Applied pressure: Max 35 MPa
• Heating temperature: 100 to 200 °C
• Cooling: water method
• Setting recipes: up to 20 can be created and saved
• Engraving: up to 8 half-width characters × 1 column
