Description

Overview
INFRANOR harmonic (strain wave) reducers provide high single-stage reduction ratios with compact footprints. Equipped with the patented SP gear-tooth profile, they deliver increased rigidity and minimized backlash. Available in hollow shaft (large aperture), solid shaft and rigid-joint variants to suit robotic systems, CNC machine tools, aerospace subsystems and other industrial applications requiring compact, accurate reduction solutions.

Key features
  • Reduction ratios: 50 to 160
  • Weight and volume savings: up to 50% vs. standard gears
  • Transmission accuracy: down to 50 arc-seconds; repeated positioning 5 arc-seconds
  • SP gear profile: +10% rigidity, +20% transmission accuracy
  • Max input speed: up to 8,500 RPM (peak) / up to 3,500 RPM (continuous)
  • Output torque: up to 840 Nm (typical peak example); series peaks up to 2,483 Nm (standard-flex)
  • Special lubricating grease reduces noise, temperature and wear
  • Service life: L10 = 10,000 h; L50 = 50,000 h

Series summary (extracted)

Max input speed: up to 8,500 RPM (peak) / up to 3,500 RPM (continuous). Transmission accuracy: down to 50 arc-seconds. Input shaft variants: HOLLOW SHAFT / SOLID SHAFT / RIGID JOINT. Output torque: up to 2,483 Nm (peak) / up to 523 Nm (rated at 2,000 RPM). Models: DHSG-H Series, DHSG-S Series, DHSG-R Series, DCS(G)-R Series.

Compact Flexspline
Very compact footprint with high torque capacity and high transmission accuracy with zero backlash. Reduction ratios: 50 to 160. Max input speed: up to 8,500 RPM (peak) / up to 3,500 RPM (continuous). Transmission accuracy: down to 50 arc-seconds. Input shaft variants: HOLLOW SHAFT / RIGID JOINT. Output torque: up to 445 Nm (peak) / up to 96 Nm (rated at 2,000 RPM). Models: DHD-H Series, DHD-R Series, DCD-R Series.

Applications
Robotic joints and manipulators, CNC machine tool axes, aerospace actuation and other industrial systems where high reduction ratios, compact size and precise positioning are required.
