A Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facilitates the processing and storage of oil and gas at sea.
It receives fluids (crude oil, water and a bit of different things) and separates them into crude oil, water, natural gas and impurities in the production facilities.
When oil enters the tank the associated gass makes the pressure rise and a small overpressure is transferred to our FGRS.
Then the gas is transferred from the FGRS to the gas turbines and will serve as an energy source.
Another solution is to transfer the recovered gas through gas pipes to shore, also for energy production.
