Description

The LTC-502 leak measuring computer/leak tester is the ecological entry-level model of our successful series of leak testing devices. It can be delivered for all leak measuring procedures (pressure difference, flow, compensation and reference methods) and measurements of volume. • Test pressures - from vacuum to 20 bar positive pressure • Leak rates - for all types of operational thicknesses • Test times - in the millisecond, seconds and minute range • Test volumes - from a few millimetres to 10 litres • Pressure differences - from 0.1 Pa to 5,000 Pa • Environmental conditions - with particular adjustments for a number of industries (temperature etc.) User management is provided with the option of user-defined adjustments to the language and units of measurement. A ring buffer (FIFO) safeguards the last 2,000 measurement results. The LTC-502 leak measurement computer/leak tester can be set up with all types of mass storage device and hard drives. It can be integrated into fully automated test machines with the help of a number of interfaces and procedures and is able to control small devices. The 24-bit computing genius with a strong heart! The unique analogue model with the 24 bit S/D converter allows a previously unachievable breakdown of the measurement signal into over 1 million levels. This means a wide range of additional information for tracking the measuring process and the optimum reproducibility of the measurements, even over a very wide measuring range and saves on otherwise elaborate and expensive adjustments to hardware.
