Description
Product overview
MV Medallion by Innomotics (AboveNEMA series) is a modular family of medium-voltage induction motors engineered for configurable industrial installations. Models include horizontal and vertical constructions with multiple enclosure and cooling options to match site requirements.
Enclosure variants and intended use
Horizontal TEFC (IC411 / IP54): foot-mounted TEFC for indoor/outdoor use; cooling fins all quadrants. Typical power range: 200–3,000 HP; poles: 2–16; frames: 500, 580, SH400, SH450, 880, SH560.
Horizontal WPII (IC01 / IP24): foot-mounted for exposed outdoor sites without additional enclosures. Typical power range: 200–18,000 HP; poles: 2–16; frames: 500, 580, 680, 800, SH630, SH710.
Vertical TEFC (flange-mounted, IC411 / IP54): vertical flange motors for indoor/outdoor; power range: 200–900 HP; poles: 2, 4, 6; frames: 500, 580; voltages typically 2300–6900 V.
Vertical WPI / ODP (IC01 / IP23): vertical flange for indoor non-exposed installations. Power range: 200–4,000 HP; poles: 4–16; frames: 500, 580, 680, 800, 1120; voltage up to 13,200 V.
Vertical WPII (IC01 / IP24): vertical outdoor for unprotected sites. Power range: 200–4,000 HP; poles: 4–16; frames up to 1120.
Vertical TEAAC (IC611 / IP54): vertical with air-to-air exchanger. Power range: 800–3,000 HP; poles: 4–16; frames: 680, 800, 1120.
API / IEEE configurations: API 541 / 547 layouts for heavy-duty applications (horizontal & vertical); IEEE 841 severe-duty TEFC options (typical up to ~500 HP).
Key technical specifications
