Rotary blancher

The Blancher is a versatile machine which is designed for heating and cooking a variety of food products. Its design features a cylindrical shape which is slightly angled forward. The cooking process is done in hot water, while the screw conveyor ensures the progress of the operation. The front of the machine is where the product is loaded, while its rear is where the discarding of excess material happens. The parts, the size, and the amount of automation are configured according to the needs of the user. The machine is generally constructed out of a stainless steel AISI 304 material.
