The “tunnel type” baking ovens with conveyor produced within our company design the thermoblock group in a different way from the other powder paint plant manufacturers. Thanks to this special design, the thermoblock group delivers the heated air to the vents very quickly in a short time. The heated air coming to the vents ensures that the whole furnace reaches a homogenous temperature by means of directional flaps. Thermoblock group is made of AISI 309 stainless material. Ovens are preferred for mass production and materials of different sizes. Oven dimensions are designed according to the dimensions of the material to be painted and production capacity. There are 4 types of fuel system options as Natural Gas, LPG, Electricity and Diesel Fuel in order to obtain the temperature in our furnaces.
