Overview
The ES Junior and ES 2 series are continuous vacuum dryers by ISVE designed for small workshops and craft producers. These autoclave systems perform low-temperature vacuum drying to remove moisture from wood while minimising thermal shocks, surface cracking and dimensional distortions. Evaporated moisture remains suspended in the chamber atmosphere, keeping the material surface humidified; a condenser precipitates the vapour and a programmed control maintains the required humidity gradient. Chamber conditioning is managed by probes on the heating, condensing and wood circuits. Periodic automatic drainage of condensate stabilises process conditions.
