Product overview
The ES series continuous vacuum dryers provide net capacities from 3 to 25 m3 for carpentries and timber merchants requiring industrial wood drying with automatic vacuum cycles and compact footprint.

Main features

• Autoclave: epoxy-coated steel for non-tannic species; optional AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosive woods (oak, chestnut, etc.).
• Thermal insulating covering.
• Carriage loading system for plates and wood with carriage opening.
• External carriage guides for reliable loading/unloading.
• Electric control panel with microprocessor for automatic running and stop cycles.
• Humidity control probes on a sample unit for process monitoring.
• Stainless steel condensate piping with two cooling fans.
• Hot-water circulation pump.
• Motorized four-way valve/pump for connection to an external hot-water source.
• Automatic condensate discharge.

Installation notes
To start the machine you only need an electrical socket and a condensate discharge pit.
