Shotblasting machines with rollers conveyor PRP – H are designed to treat long parts in passage mode with any kind of shots. The machine is equipped with a main roller conveyor that permit the entrance/exit of the parts into/outo the blasting chamber. The nozzles are driven by a 2-axis gantry arm that permit to follow the piece profille. The number of nozzles is defined according to the production rate and the geometry of the piece. This machine is usefully for manual loading/unloading operation but it can be also equipped with an automatic handling devices according the process line request (walking beam, roller conveyors…). Both injection and pressure technology can be installed on such equipment. The blasting chamber can be designed with additional manual blasting station for retouch.
