Overview
The F-RAT S is a compact 90° multidirectional diverter module for conveyor lines. Driven by 24 Vdc motorised drive rollers and requiring no pneumatic system, it performs flat transfers with no change in level between entry and exit, ensuring smooth handling of fragile loads. High-friction driving belts on the module surface enable reliable grip for a wide variety of items.

Performance and usage
The module supports up to 4 reversible entries and exits, all set at the same level to simplify conveyor layouts. It diverts totes, cartons and parcels from small to large size up to 50 kg. Run-on-demand operation reduces noise and optimises energy use, while single-motor actuation minimises power consumption.

Patented flat transfer sequence
The diverted product remains at the same level throughout the transfer, eliminating shocks and limiting vibrations for faster and smoother handling. Uniform entry and exit levels simplify conveyor design and reduce mechanical complexity.
