The POP-UP lateral diverter module provides high-capacity 30° or 45° transfers in a compact cassette format. Designed for easy integration into new or refurbished conveyor frames, it is suitable for routing, sorting and merging on roller and belt conveyors across logistics, distribution and assembly lines.

Availability & drive options
POP-UP is offered in multiple sizes for 30° or 45° transfers and in left or right configurations. It can be driven by FE series or VE series motorised rollers or by a set of brushless motor rollers (three rollers). The unit operates at low voltage (24 V DC), with a maximum of two motors running simultaneously and a nominal power consumption of 147 W.
