OverviewThe F-RAT NX is a 90° multidirectional diverter module for routing, merging and sorting applications. Its patented flat transfer sequence keeps the product on the same level during transfer, enabling smooth, fast handling of fragile items. Delivered in an ultra-compact cassette format, the F-RAT NX can be integrated into new or existing conveyor lines with minimal footprint. Powered entirely by 24 VDC brushless motors, the module ensures safe operation, simple installation and low maintenance.
Key features- Patented flat transfer sequence for smooth transfers without lifting
- Up to 4 reversible entries/exits, all on the same level
- Transfer driven by wheels/drive rollers, suitable for small to large parcels
- Capable of diverting totes, cartons and parcels up to 50 kg
- Safe operation: low voltage and limited gaps between moving parts
- Low noise with run-on-demand operation
- Extra-compact cassette design (125 mm height) for easy integration
- Easy servicing and low maintenance: quick on-line replacement and simple replacement of main components
Patented transfer sequenceThe product remains at the same level and is not lifted during transfer, reducing shocks and vibrations while enabling faster, smoother diversions. Having entries and exits at the same height simplifies conveyor layout and integration.
Transfer sequence steps- 1 - Product reception or straight-through transfer
- 2 - Switching of the transfer contact surface
- 3 - Right-angle transfer driven by the wheels
