Description

The JEL Konti vibro sifter is suitable for various bulk solids and screening tasks. Thanks to its ergonomic construction and tool-free operation, the vibro sifter will win you over with its simplified handling. The increased radii and dead-space-free design of the screening trough also facilitates an easy and residue-free cleaning so that the JEL Konti vibro sifter is also ideally suited for use in applications with strict hygiene requirements. Operation The screening process is continuous and dust-free. The screen insert can be pulled out from the front of the machine in just a few easy steps without the product feed or output needing to be disconnected. The screen inclination (3° to 7°, Standard: 5°), vibration motor tilt angle (from 15° to 75°, or parallel to the screening surface) and the oscillation amplitude can all be regulated so that the JEL Konti vibro sifter can be adjusted for different product properties.
