Pump & Plasma Options

Available waterjet pump choices are Model 22 (22 kW / 30 HP) and Model 30 (30 kW / 40 HP) direct-drive pumps, rated up to 58,000 psi (4,000 bar). Plasma units are available from Hypertherm or GYS. Orifice and flow combinations support different cut qualities and material types.

Performance & Accuracy

The Combo provides linear accuracy of ±0.03 mm and repeatability of ±0.02 mm. Maximum traverse speeds reach up to 25 m/min depending on model and configuration. Adaptive sensors tune cutting parameters for conductive and non-conductive materials.

Use Cases

Suited to fabrication environments requiring both high-speed metal cutting and fine, heat-free cuts on composites or layered assemblies. Typical applications include precision metalworking, bespoke fabrication and mixed-material production runs.
