Product Overview
  • The Jianmeng electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine is a high-efficiency bending equipment that combines hydraulic thrust with electronically controlled synchronous drive, delivering high precision, stability, and energy efficiency for sheet metal processing solutions.

Stress Analysis and Finite Element Analysis
  • CAE software SOLIDWORKS can be used to analyze the linear static structure, stress, and deformation of press brake and laser cutting machine frames.
  • FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is highly valuable for scenarios involving complex structures, highly complex loads, transient modeling, and combinations of the aforementioned factors.

CNC System
  • The controller is the brain of the entire machine.
  • Three brands of controllers are offered: Delem (Netherlands), ESA (Italy), and Cybelec (Switzerland).
  • The algorithm optimizes the bending cycle, reduces setup time, and improves overall efficiency, especially in batch processing scenarios.
  • The system supports editing of 2D and 3D graphics.

Hydraulic System
  • The hydraulic control system adopts electro-hydraulic servo and synchronous design, with very small spacing between hydraulic cylinders.
  • Features strong anti-eccentric load capacity, high-precision synchronization, professional power density ratio, and low cost.
  • The pressure of the hydraulic system can be adjusted according to specific practical needs to meet the requirements of bending force.
  • Equipped with a filtration system to improve the purity of hydraulic oil and reduce the failure rate.

Quick Clamp
  • Upper molds can be easily and quickly replaced, optimizing time usage.

Back Gauge
  • Imported ball screws and double linear guides are used for the X-axis movement, improving accuracy and consistency.
  • A synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor is installed for the rear block, instead of a stepper motor, enhancing operational control and accuracy.

Mechanical Compensation
  • A self-designed system calculates compensation values based on the overall deformation of the slider and worktable, ensuring excellent straightness and angular consistency of the product.

  • Branded motors increase the service life of the machine and ensure low-noise operation.
