Product Overview
The Jianmeng hydraulic twisted axis synchronous bending machine is a robust and cost-effective equipment designed for medium and thick plate processing. It utilizes rigid torsion shafts to enforce mechanical synchronization of hydraulic cylinders, combined with a CNC system to achieve highly stable bending operations. Known for its sturdy structure and practical efficiency, it is specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications.

Stress Analysis and Finite Element Analysis
The CAE software SOLIDWORKS can be used to analyze the linear static structure, stress, and deformation of the frames of bending machines and laser cutting machines. Therefore, FEA is very meaningful for situations with complex structures, highly complex loads, transient modeling, and combinations of the above factors.

CNC System
The Estun E21S series has the ability to control the X and Y axes and allows for direct editing of bending steps through the controller. In addition, controllers such as the É une E300P, Delem DA41T, and Cybelec CT8 offer additional angle programming, touchscreen display, and R-axis control, all of which help make the bending process more efficient and user-friendly.

Hydraulic System
Adopting high-quality hydraulic valves. These valves are resistant to high pressure, durable, and have low maintenance costs. During the lifting process, the machine can perform several actions such as rapid descent, slow descent, bending at working speed, rapid return, and emergency stop of the slider. The machine is capable of continuous operation at rated load, with a hydraulic system that maintains stability and accuracy, and is completely leak free.

Back Gauge
To ensure the accuracy of the X-axis movement, imported ball screws and double linear guides are used instead of traditional screws, thereby improving the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing process. A synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor is installed for the rear block, instead of a stepper motor. This upgrade has improved operational control and accuracy.

Main Motor
The use of branded motors increases the service life of the machine and keeps it operating in a low-noise environment. The power level and installation size of the motor comply with IEC standards, making it very easy to use and maintain. The power and voltage of the machine can be customized to meet the specific voltage requirements of the customer's location.

Twisted Axis Synchronous Structure
The torsion axis synchronization structure is a purely mechanical synchronization solution that forcibly locks the displacement of bilateral drive units in a press brake through the rigid torsional motion of high-strength torsion shafts.
