OverviewThe Size 17 (42 mm) external stepper ball screw linear actuator converts rotary motion to linear motion for precise positioning in industrial applications. Various screw-end machining, encoder options (EK1/EK2) and an optional power-off brake for Size 17 motors are available.

Test ConditionTesting voltage: 24 Vdc. Driver model: DS-OLS2-FPD bipolar chopper driver at rated current (RMS). Motor thrust varies with supply voltage and driver; a 50% thrust margin is recommended for reliable operation.
