Due to environmental protection and safety requirements, halogen-free flame retardant materials (HFFR) are increasingly used in low-voltage cables and building wires. In order to obtain higher quality HFFR compound, it is necessary to ensure that the high loading of flame retardants can be uniformly dispersed in the polyolefin resin, while processing at the lowest possible melt temperature. A stable and high-precision feeding system also becomes the key to maintaining product purity and consistency.
