Product description
This solution addresses automated warehousing and in-plant logistics specifically for sheet metal processing. It integrates feeding, material transport, palletizing and discharge with downstream laser cutting and press-line operations to enable continuous automated workflow without manual intervention. The design targets improved throughput, reliable material traceability and optimized on-floor logistics for discrete manufacturing environments.

Automatic sheet metal production line
The production line couples flexible processing units (stamping, punching/shearing, bending) with a large-scale three-dimensional warehouse, automated loading/unloading, sorting and palletizing devices. Each unit and the whole line are coordinated by numerical control and centralized line control to allow 24/7 unattended operation. Heavy manual handling is replaced by automated handling equipment and automated sorting eliminates manual part sorting.

Warehouse logistics automation
The AIwei intelligent material-flow solution uses IoT and Industry 4.0 principles to deliver automated 3D storage, intelligent path planning and AGV distribution.
