Name:SZ series reducer Classification:Rubber Machinery Reducer Features： SZ series reducer is a special mechanical transmission matched with conical twin screw plastic extruder. The power of the main motor is transmitted to the long axis of the distribution box after the transmission box decelerates and increases torsion, and the long axis then drives the short axis through a pair of small cone angle helical gears with a 1:1 rotation ratio. The long and the short axis rotate the screw to extrude high-quality products with the same angle of the screw and rotating outwardly. This series of reducer adopts JB/T9050.1-1999 standard design. The main transmission parts are made of high quality alloy steel. The gears are manufactured through carburizing, quenching and tooth grinding processes, reaching (GBl0095-88) 6-level accuracy. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
